Jamie Nazareth, LMHC

Location
My office is located in the 100 building at the Cummings Center office complex in Beverly, located off exit 43 from Route 128.

The best way to locate the office is to park on the East Drive side (train track side) of the 100 building. There are 1 hour parking spots alongside the building. There are large green entrance banners along the building.
Enter through the doors marked 120-A.
Take the elevator up the third floor, and my office, suite 325A, is halfway down the right side hallway.

My Therapeutic Approach
I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults facing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD and executive functioning difficulties, life transitions, maternal mental health, family of origin issues, grief and loss, substance use and recovery, relationship stress, and struggles with self-esteem. I help clients better understand their patterns, build practical coping skills, and develop greater confidence and resilience as they move forward.

My therapeutic style is collaborative, relational, and insight-oriented. Sessions are guided by a thoughtful back-and-forth dialogue in which I create space for clients to bring forward what feels most present, while I offer reflective questions that deepen self-awareness and understanding. While I integrate practical tools and structured resources when helpful, my approach is not rigid or overly prescriptive; rather, it balances exploration with skill-building in a way that feels organic, attuned, and responsive to each client’s unique needs — fostering both meaningful insight and sustainable growth.

What Happens During the First Session?
Prior to the first session I will send you a link with initial intake paperwork to be completed before we meet. This will give me helpful background information, as well as cover all office policies and insurance. The first session will focus on getting comfortable with the space, gathering background information you are comfortable sharing, establishing what you hope to accomplish through therapy, and answering any questions you might have about the process.

Sessions are 45 minutes in length and scheduled on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, depending on your level of need. I provide in-office as well as telehealth sessions to all clients located in Massachusetts.
