Jamie Nazareth, LMHC

ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Jamie — a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals across community mental health, hospital, and private practice settings.

Like many therapist's in the field, my training began early on. I had a knack for listening and connecting with a wide array of people. I graduated from Gordon College in Wenham, MA, and went on to get my Masters in Counseling at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, MA.
I worked for 12 years in outpatient community mental health, gaining extensive experience with children, teens, and young adults facing a variety of challenges and life circumstances. In recent years, I have gained extensive experience in maternal mental health, with a particular focus on perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I work with expecting and postpartum mothers navigating depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, identity shifts, and the emotional complexities that can arise during pregnancy and early parenthood.
I come from a Christian orientation and am comfortable integrating faith-based themes into our work when it feels supportive and meaningful, although I see a variety of people from all faith traditions, spiritual perspectives, and backgrounds. My work is rooted in the belief that when people feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for, healing and meaningful change become possible.
